Shipping Policy

Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
- Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unexpected delays, but we will notify you if there is any significant delay in shipping your order.
- Temporary shipping delay: Orders between 10th-22nd February 2026 will not be shipped until the the 23rd February due to staff availability
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Domestic Shipping (UK): We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days for standard shipping and 1-2 business days for expedited shipping.

International Shipping: We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping option chosen at checkout, but typically range between 5-14 business days.
- Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Any customs, duties, or taxes applied to international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Out-of-Stock Items
- In the rare event that an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible via email.
- Your order will be fulfilled once the item is back in stock, and we will keep you updated on the expected restock date.
- If at any point you wish to modify or cancel your order due to an out-of-stock item, please contact our customer support team at support@monitor-things.com, and we will assist you accordingly.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers to deliver your order safely and promptly, including but not limited to Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx, and UPS. The carrier will be chosen based on the shipping option selected and the destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
- Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping, which may take additional time.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance.
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@monitor-things.com so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
- For damaged items, we may require photographic evidence to process a claim.
Changes to Your Shipping Address
- If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@monitor-things.com.
- Changes to the shipping address can only be made if the order has not yet been shipped.
