Returns Policy

At Monitor Things, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of BatMon. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns process.

30-Day Return Guarantee

If you are not entirely satisfied with your BatMon purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or replacement, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received.
  • Any associated accessories or components must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Warranty Returns

BatMon devices come with a 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects under normal use. If your BatMon device develops a fault within this period, we will replace it free of charge. Please note the following:

  • The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.

Exclusions

Returns or refunds are not available for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or accidents.
  • Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
